Quality
The ART CLASSIC INDONESIA furniture range is built to last, and is always of excellent quality. Our furniture comes fully assembled after 6-8 weeks for order full container with careful construction and attention is made to the finest details. We use traditional construction methods, pin and dowel techniques, and dovetail joints for extra strength. Our products are made from solid timbers.

Pricing
Our prices are generally the same as other companies. The only exceptions to this are where ex-displays items are being sold in a reduced rate website, or where we have a special promotion online. We set competitive prices, and actively check and match these against similar quality products.

Furniture Delivery
Our in-house delivery service ensures your furniture is installed with care.

Guarantee
All furniture is guaranteed for one year from date of purchase (including sale items, but excluding clearance stock, special purchase and sold as seen items). This one year guarantee is provided for each item with the ART CLASSIC INDONESIA website advice and product care guide. Where appropriate Praise will repair the item free of charge during this period, or we will replace the piece at our discretion if we believe this is appropriate.In the rare event, please contact our customer service team on +62.812.257.14555 or email info@recycle-teak.com and we will arrange to collect the damaged items and organization either a replacement or a full refund. Praising the reserve to correct an item rather than replacing it. Refunds will be issued to the card that has been received. If you paid 50% deposit online for your furniture and balance after confirmation of your delivery, your refund may be in two separate installations. The wood used in furniture products often has a rustic look making each item slightly different in color, appearance, measurements and finish. We will not exchange items on a ‘like for like’ basis purely on the grounds of the character of the wood used. We cannot be held responsible for the use of carpet protectors and rawer liners. We advise you clean your furniture thoroughly to remove any excess stain or wood protector which may remain from the manufacturing and transportation process.
